I was very concious of trying not to copy his work, I choose to contrasting, bold colours, red/black and I added the string to give a continous feel to the piece, you can't see very well in the image, but it goes off the page. it's not the kind of piece I'd normally do, but I quite liked using few materials and considering there placement carefully.

expirimenting with matierals
