inspiring accident

Alittle embarrassing, walking home
me being clumsy dropped all my work
in a puddle...











But looking at the scattered sheets of
natural forms I'd drawn
thought it gave an interesting effect
floating around

and decided to take it futher by experimenting in
photoshop, taking tones from the images and taking them out of the drawing, kind of helps bring the image to life...

This is my favorite one, the images havent been
arrange however each compliments eachother nicely, and the colours are subtle, am pleased with the overall composition of this piece.

Barry Flanagan

Flanagan creates a playful piece of work

the heirs he sculpts are full of charracter, he doesnt add colour, which to me, make the pose of his work seem more dramatic.

I enjoyed going to visit this exhibition of Flanagan's work, he is a talented artist, although I find alot of his pieces to be the same, and not particularly interesting.

Chatsworth sculpture show. Lion made out of tyer tracks

Although sculpture doesn't interest
me much, I thought the material the artist choose made for an interesting piece.











The amount of detail stood out to me, and combined
with the dramatic pose of the lion added a nice effect.
